Packing Lines
Filling and packing operations run from retail formats of 30 g to 3 kg through bulk formats of 5 kg to 300 kg, with weight control and seal integrity checks built into the line.

Food-Grade Bulk Packaging
We use food-grade mild steel barrels with an epoxy-coated interior for the safe storage and transportation of bulk honey — filled, sealed and prepared for professional export handling.

Quality Laboratory
An in-house laboratory supports routine parameter checks on incoming and processed honey, complemented by external accredited laboratories where contracts require.

Warehouse & Stainless-Steel Pallets
Structured drum handling and warehousing keep raw and finished lots identified and inspection-ready — stored on hygienic stainless-steel (SS) pallets rather than wooden pallets, with capacity to hold more than 50 containers (approx. 1,000 MT) at a time.

Export Loading & Dispatch
Container loading is planned, supervised and documented — from stuffing patterns to seals — with the capability to dispatch up to 3 containers per day, subject to product availability and customer specifications.
